Criterium Engineers was founded in 1957 and now consists of more than 70 offices and 150 Professional Engineers who are licensed to practice throughout North America.
Gary J. Caruso, PE, RS is the President and Owner of Criterium-Caruso Engineers with offices in Alpharetta, Georgia. We are licensed in Georgia, Tennessee and New Jersey. The Community Association Institute (CAI) with the designation of Reserve Specialist (RS) has recognized our expertise in the development of Reserve Studies. Mr. Caruso is a member of NSPE, NABIE and CAI. He is a frequent contributor to the local CAI publications.
